Corrections, questions, guide requests or legal notices — all of it comes to one inbox, and a person reads every message.
There is no contact form on this Site. That is deliberate — a form would need JavaScript, and this Site ships none. Plain email also means you keep a copy of what you sent, which matters for corrections and for legal notices.
What we can help with
Corrections and errors
This is the message we most want to receive. If a torque figure is wrong, a specification is out of date, a step is in the wrong order, or a link is dead, tell us. Please include the guide's title or URL and what specifically is wrong — and if you have a source, that helps us fix it faster. We do not treat corrections as criticism.
Requests for a guide
Is there a repair you cannot find a decent explanation of anywhere? Tell us what it is and what you got stuck on. Reader requests genuinely influence what we write next, and "nobody explains the bit where…" is the most useful kind of request.
Questions about a specific repair
We are happy to point you to the right guide, and if a guide is unclear that is useful feedback. But please understand we cannot diagnose your particular bicycle by email — we cannot see it, hear it or ride it. For anything safety-critical, a local mechanic who can put hands on the bike is the right answer.
Copyright and DMCA notices
Send these to the same address, and please include "DMCA Notice" in the subject line. Our DMCA & Copyright Policy sets out exactly what a valid notice must contain. If you would rather just raise a concern informally first, that is welcome too.
Privacy requests
To ask what information we hold, or to exercise any right under the CCPA/CPRA, UK GDPR or EU GDPR, email us and say what you are requesting. Our Privacy Policy explains the rights available and how we handle these requests.
Press, partnerships and advertising
Same address. Please say up front what you are proposing — it saves a round trip.
Before you email
A couple of these may get you an answer faster than we can:
- Looking for a specific repair? The all guides index lists everything on the site grouped by the part of the bike it deals with.
- Wondering whether a job is safe to do yourself? Our Disclaimer sets out where we think the line is.
- Questions about data, cookies or tracking? The Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy cover it — the short version is that this Site ships no JavaScript and sets no cookies.
- Want to reuse our content? The permitted uses are listed in our Terms of Service.
